Meet the team

Evan Priest, P.E., P.S.

President/CEO

Evan, who literally grew up in the business, carries on his father’s legacy of leading the MLP team forward. From program manager and principal engineer to managing the company’s overall operations, each day presents Evan with the opportunity to use his vast knowledge to solve new challenges for MLP’s clients.

Evan spent his early years at MLP in the field doing survey work, later progressing to topographic and construction layout design. After completing BS degrees in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying from Michigan Technological University, Evan joined MLP full time in 1997. Wearing the hats of Survey Department Manager, Project Manager, and Design Engineer for many years prepared Evan for eventually becoming Director of Operations and, in time, CEO.

Over the years, Evan has overseen hundreds of commercial, residential, industrial projects in both the public and private sectors of southeast Michigan.

Evan spends his free time with his family, often at the family’s property in Northern Michigan.

Glenn S., P.E., C.F.M.

Professional Engineer

Glenn is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience, 14 of those at MLP.  During his career, he has overseen dozens of projects from in both the commercial and residential areas, from concept through to construction.  He enjoys the natural problem-solving aspect of the job, from trying to fit together the puzzle of utilities to navigating the mazes of the different jurisdictional approval processes.  Glenn is also a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), helping MLP’s clients with all their floodplain needs.

When not in the office, Glenn can usually be found riding his bicycle or at the curling rink.

Autumn B., Mechanical Engineer

Project Manager

Autumn joined MLP ten years ago after doing civil engineering work while serving with the U.S. Army overseas. With her broad background in civil engineering, combined with organizational and mechanical engineering skills, Autumn is a natural for being MLP's lead project manager.

In her free time, Autumn can often be found with her family and pets in Michigan's outdoors.
